Terms and Conditions ph1 — Guidelines Official Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and ph1 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the ph1 platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the ph1 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms. Acceptance of these Terms also includes acceptance of the Privacy Policy which form part of these Terms.

Ph1 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use the ph1 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not residing in any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts online gaming activity.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• Not previously blacklisted or suspended by ph1.

Ph1 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or termination of the account.

3Registration & Account Management

Each player is only permitted to register and hold one (1) active account only at ph1. Multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or identity information — are strictly prohibited and constitute a serious breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, an active email address, mobile phone number, and a valid Malaysian bank account number in your own name.

KYC Verification Process

Ph1 conducts a strict KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure as part of its commitment to platform security and legal compliance. This process may require you to submit:

• A copy of a valid national identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current address — utility bill or bank statement not older than 3 months.
• Active Malaysian bank account information registered in your name.
• Any additional documents requested by the ph1 compliance team.

KYC verification is mandatory before any first withdrawal is processed. ph1 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until the KYC process is fully completed and approved by our team.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. ph1 recommends using a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols, and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of account security.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Ph1 supports a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods for player convenience. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

Deposit Methods

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account registered under the same name as your ph1 account. This is a security measure that cannot be bypassed under any circumstances. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Standard withdrawal: processed within 3 to 5 minutes after approval.
• Withdrawals requiring additional review: up to 24 hours business days.
• First withdrawal (before KYC is complete): held until verification is finished.

5Bonus & Promotions

Ph1 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility conditions set for each respective promotion. These conditions will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.

General Bonus Terms

1. Bonuses may only be claimed once per individual, IP address, device, or bank account unless otherwise stated.
2. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the designated time period before any bonus withdrawal is permitted.
3. Ph1 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse or promotional fraud.
4. Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully met.
5. Ph1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Bonus Abuse Prohibition

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to hedge betting, multi-account bonus cycling, or wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements at minimal risk — will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

6Game Rules

All games available on the ph1 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited by independent international bodies to ensure the fairness of every game outcome. ph1 does not manipulate or influence the result of any game.

In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, ph1 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wagered amount to the player's account balance. ph1's decision in technical situations is final.

Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are set by ph1 or the respective game provider and may vary by game, account tier, or promotional period. Players are advised to check the current betting limits before starting a game session.

7Player Conduct

Ph1 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment for all members. Players are expected to conduct themselves with respect and responsibility at all times. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited on the ph1 platform:

• Using automated software (bots), artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to play or make wagering decisions.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the system or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform. Any bugs discovered must be reported to customer support immediately.
• Using profane, threatening, or harassing language toward other players or ph1 staff in any communication channel.
• Uploading or sharing content that violates applicable laws or third-party copyrights.
• Any activity related to money laundering or financing of illegal activities.

8Account Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility. ph1 invests in state-of-the-art security infrastructure including 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and real-time threat monitoring. That said, there are steps you must take yourself to keep your account protected.

• Never share your password or login credentials with anyone — including ph1 staff, who will never ask for your password through any channel.
• Always log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.
• Review your account activity regularly and report any suspicious transactions to customer support immediately.

Ph1 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by the player's failure to keep their login credentials confidential.

9Account Suspension & Termination

Ph1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or proven fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Multiple account ownership by the same player.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the player themselves.
• Instructions from the relevant regulatory authorities.

In cases where an account is suspended due to proven fraudulent activity, ph1 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in that account. For suspensions arising from other reasons, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player in accordance with established procedures once the investigation is complete.

10Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Ph1 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, errors, or technical issues. ph1 makes every effort to ensure service continuity with 99.9% uptime; however, occasional technical disruptions may occur beyond our control.

Ph1's liability to players is limited to the actual funds available in the account at the time a claim is made. ph1 shall not be held liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any other consequential losses suffered by a player.

11Terms Amendment

Ph1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via their registered email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in urgent situations where immediate changes are required.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be updated whenever changes are made. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the latest version of these Terms. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect will be considered full acceptance of that amendment.
